To celebrate another trip around the sun, we’re handing the kitchen to our dear friend Daniela Maiorano — born and raised in Abruzzo, now one of the most exciting Italian cooks in Australia.
Expect a menu inspired by her roots: generous, heartfelt, full of flavour and stories.
It’s going to be one of those long days — food, wine, laughter and a bit of chaos (the good kind).
